ALL GAME CHANGES MUST USE THE GAME CHANGE FORM and be accompanied by the $25.00 or $50.00 fine.

The WINNING TEAM MUST report the game score to the MYSL STATISTICIAN within 48 hours of the end of their game.
HOME teams will report the score for tied games.
Scores should be submitted electronically via e-mail to: myslstatistician@michigansoccer.com
Include game number, age division, winning team name and score, losing team name and score.
