Every one of those is a caring, defendible choice,
and stacked on top of each other, they add up to
a kid who has not had an empty afternoon since
school started.
Here is the thing to say before anything else,
because you are probably bracing for it: you are
not a bad parent for building this schedule. You
built it out of love and low hum of fear that if you left
a gap, your kid would fall behind the kid whose parents
did not. That fear is not irrational, because youth sports
culture rewards the family that says yes to everything
and wonders about the one that does not. The overbooked
calender is a sane response to an insane setup, amd you
can fix it without deciding you failed at anything.
