Please be sure to complete the following:
 
1.  Pease be prepared to submit the MYSL Treasurer Form, Early Pass Card Form and your check payable to MYSL for your total number of returning and/or new teams. The MYSL club treasurers form can be found here
MYSL Treasurer’s Form – Michigan Youth Soccer League (michigansoccer.com) This should be mailed to your MYSL Registrar
 
2.  Pass Cards from Fall:
Only return player pass cards from the fall for –
a.  Players that have been released from your team
b.  Players that are moving to another team within your club
c.  If your team is playing up an age group, please return all cards from the fall
 
3.  MSPSP Invoice for teams that MYSL affiliates to MSPSP along with a separate check, made payable to MYSL This should be mailed to the MYSL Treasurer – Diane Karabetsos
